Micro-Production Wine Grenache Negra - 595 bottles Characteristics: Micro-production wine made with Grenache Negra, organic farming and minimal intervention, without belonging to any D.O., forming part of the independent collective Vinyataires Lliures. Artisanal production with manual crushing separating grapes and skins, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 3.5-week maceration, soft pressing and aging for 8 months in stainless steel and 5 months in oak barrels. Sulphite content: 7 mg/l. Vineyard: Own and old vineyards located in La Figuera on clay soils. Manual harvest carried out in the 2nd/3rd week of September 2022, manual harvest in boxes of maximum 20 kg. Bottling: In La Figuera's own cellar, using natural and Catalan cork. Graduation: 15% vol.
