How to use (ambient): 15 minutes before going to bed, spray for 4 seconds throughout the room.
How to use (fabrics): 15 minutes before going to bed, spray for 4 seconds 20 cm from the pillowcase, the collar of the pajamas and/or on a handkerchief near the pillow.
The two modes of use can be combined or alternated.
