Made with 63% beans*, seitan* (6.25%) and fresh vegetables such as tomato*, onion*, pepper*, carrot*, garlic* and shiitake mushrooms*, this stew offers a rich and nutritious taste experience.

Slowly cooked with olive oil* and seasoned with natural spices*, these stewed beans are an excellent source of protein and fiber, with a low saturated fat content. The seitan, made from wheat flour and shoyu sauce (soy and wheat), provides a meaty texture and high protein value, while the shiitake mushrooms add a distinctive umami touch.
