Psyllium Plus with Fos by SuraVitasan is a food supplement rich in soluble fiber obtained from the husks of Plantago ovata that helps the intestines function properly.

Its combination of psyllium with inulin from chicory root, hibiscus flowers, licorice root, cloves and the probiotic Streptococcus faecium makes it especially interesting for regulating intestinal transit, both in cases of constipation and when there are occasional episodes of diarrhea.
