Sprouted Thai Jasmine Rice 300 g Salud Viva ECO, a whole grain brown rice that has been allowed to germinate to enhance its nutritional profile and its soft and aromatic flavor.

The germination process is done before shelling and stops when the grain reaches its maximum level of nutrients, after about 24 hours, at which time it is steamed to preserve vitamins, minerals, amino acids and especially GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid).

It is a source of fiber, has a low sugar content and very low salt, ideal for more balanced daily recipes, from bowls and stir-fries to accompanying vegetables, legumes or Asian dishes.
