Thyme Honey 970gr Llaría ECO

Llaría organic thyme honey in a 970 g jar, with a beautiful light amber color and an intense floral aroma, very characteristic of the Mediterranean thyme.

It is a spring honey, collected in April from hives that winter on the banks of the Ebro, which gives it a clean, fine and very persistent aromatic profile.

In the mouth it is sweet with light acidic notes, ideal to enjoy alone by the spoonful, on wholemeal bread or to sweeten yogurts, soft cheeses and homemade desserts.

It goes very well with infusions, especially in cold weather, and also with savory dishes such as mild marinades, baked vegetables or white meats.

At Linverd we recommend it as a natural alternative to refined sugar, made only from thyme flower nectar and without additives.
