Puree of umeboshi ryujin made from the ripening of the ume plum, along with salt and shiso leaves for longer than usual.
Ideal to combine with cereals and vegetables.
Ingredients: Ume plums (74%) (Prunus mume), sea salt, Shiso leaves (Perilla frutescens).
Allergens: May contain traces of soy, gluten, nuts and peanuts.
Use in cooking instead of salt or to season cooked vegetables and salads. Store in a cool and dry place, away from sunlight and humidity.
