Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa with noble ingredients. It stands out for its fine texture and its aromatic notes. Organic, vegan and gluten-free chocolate. Low sugar content. Made with fine cacao of the Foraster variety. Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with cacao from a single origin, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cacao in small plantations, the artisan slow-fire roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate tile.
