Veal bone broth is boiled slowly for up to 20 hours, which releases valuable nutrients such as collagen and amino acids from the bones. For the veal bone broth, 100% organic bones are used that come from organic cattle raised on pastures. We make a homemade vegetable broth with organic vegetables as a base for our meat broth. Most of our ingredients come from the Chiemgau region, in southern Bavaria, where we also produce.
