The Chia Mandolé Oil is obtained by first cold pressing organically grown chia seeds (Salvia hispánica L.), preserving all their nutritional properties. With a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially Omega-3 (54.7%), it is a healthy complement to the daily diet. Not recommended for frying; it is advisable to use it raw as a dressing for salads, vegetables or toast.
