The 10,000 Hours Rosé wine by Oliver Viticultors is an organic rosé from Penedès that reflects the Mediterranean essence and respect for the vineyard. Made with a balanced blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Tempranillo, this wine stands out for its freshness, softness and fruity character, ideal for enjoying on any occasion.

The name 10,000 Hours symbolizes the time dedicated to the vineyard: hours of sun and moon, cold and heat, rain and drought, work and effort that culminate in this bottle. It is the story of sustainable viticulture, which highlights the patience and dedication necessary to achieve a wine with soul.

Made under organic certification and aged on the lees for 3-4 months in tank, it achieves a rounder texture and greater aromatic complexity without losing its young and vibrant profile. This process respectful of nature guarantees a clean, expressive and true wine to the territory

In the glass it shows a pale and elegant pink color. On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry stand out, combined with delicate floral touches. On the palate it is light and fresh, with balanced acidity and a smooth finish that invites a second glass. Its versatility makes it an excellent option for both informal meals and moments of celebration
