Fine Gray Salt 500g Guérande ECO

Grey sea salt from Guérande Biolasi is hand-picked from the Breton salt pans of Guérande, in Brittany, France.

It is an unrefined salt, free from chemicals and synthetic processes, simply dried in the sun and then dehydrated with electrical energy and ground in a stone mill.

It retains its characteristic grey colour due to the natural presence of clay particles and the subtle aroma of the Dunaliella salina algae, which gives it an authentic marine flavour full of nuances.

At Linverd we recommend it as table salt and to top dishes just before serving, especially vegetables, fish, grilled meats and salads.
