The giant green olives 550 g BioOranicaItalia ECO are table olives of the Bella di Cerignola variety, an emblematic olive from the Cerignola area, in the province of Foggia, in Puglia.

They are harvested exclusively by hand and processed a few hours after harvest to preserve as much as possible the firm pulp, the fleshy texture and their mild and typically Mediterranean flavor.
