Mackerel fillets (Scomber scombrus) without skin or spines, from sustainable and controlled fishing, caught one by one in line by artisanal fishing boats on the coasts of the Northeast Atlantic (FAO Zones 27.VIII.c -Bay of Biscay-). Cleaned and packaged by hand in cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from certified organic farming. Fishing with a line, a method recommended by various conservationist organizations, prevents discards of unwanted sizes and of non-commercial or protected species by ensuring the natural stocks necessary for the maintenance of future generations of the species. The non-use of nets is a guarantee for the quality and freshness of the fish used in this product. Processing of ecological ingredients and traceability of fishing certified by BCS Öko-Garantie.
