They come from the certified ecological aquaculture of bivalve molluscs from Galicia, which is developed in harmony with the environment helping to promote the sustainability of the species, while helping to maintain families with a long maritime tradition.
Mussels are collected from mussel beds located in the Ría de Arousa, on the west coast of the Iberian Peninsula, characterized by its deep and clear waters, with a high content of natural nutrients and cultivated in strings of 12m in length for a period of one year, which allows it to develop an exceptional and particular size taste.
Escabeche made with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, paprika, onion and garlic, all from certified organic farming. Ecological ingredients certified by BCS Öko-Garantie (Nürenberg, Germany) and Spanish authority for the control of ecological production: SE-GA-ES / CRAEGA, Council for the Regulation of Ecological Production of Galicia. Produced under the rules of the European Regulation for ecological production EU 834/2007.
