Porto Muiños razor clams with garlic and sea spaghetti are an organic gourmet preserve, made with selected razor clams harvested by hand in an artisanal way, designed to enjoy a marine bite with a clean and authentic taste.
The razor clams are sautéed with garlic in extra virgin olive oil and are completed with sea spaghetti, a preserved seaweed from organic production, which provides a very interesting vegetable and salty point.
It is a ready-to-eat proposal: just open the can and serve it, ideal for a quick appetizer, to top a salad, to add to some toast or to complete a tapas table with an Atlantic touch.
