L’Amarga is an organic spring heather honey with an intense aromatic profile and a very marked personality.
It is collected by bees during the months of May and June in the mountains of Anguiano, in La Rioja, an area with a large presence of heather and wild vegetation that gives rise to honeys with a lot of identity.
In its floral composition, early heather (Erica australis) predominates, accompanied in smaller proportions by ruddy turnip, blackberry and broom, providing great aromatic complexity.
