As we do with the fuet, we only dry the sausages during the winter months, taking advantage of the Solsonès climate to obtain a sausage of exceptional quality, with a unique texture and flavor.
It is perfect to combine with pa amb tomàquet, but be warned: if a piece falls into your hands, you won't even have time to think about what to accompany it with!
