Grilled artichokes in EVOO 190g Bio Organicaitalia ECO

Grilled artichokes in extra virgin olive oil, made by Bio Organica Italia from organic artichokes grown in-house.

It is a typical appetizer from southern Italy, with a very short supply chain: the artichokes are harvested at their optimum point and prepared the same day.

They are cleaned, grilled and packaged by hand a few hours after harvest to preserve the tender texture of the artichoke heart and an intense and aromatic flavor.

Ideal for serving as an appetizer, on a cheese and cold cuts board, or to give a gourmet touch to salads, pizzas, pasta dishes or meat and fish side dishes.

Store at room temperature, away from heat sources, and once opened, keep refrigerated and consume preferably within 10 days.
