This cod is cooked with a little salt and then packaged in mineral water from the Alzola spring, so it is ready to eat. You can heat it up, but you can also eat it cold.

Cod is a white fish with a mild flavor, rich in protein, vitamin B12, minerals, especially phosphorus and selenium, and omega-3. The little fat it has is a source of omega-3, necessary for good cardiovascular health and as an anti-inflammatory.
