Incapto Coffee's Cafè Brasil is a coffee of Brazilian origin, from the Cerrado Mineiro region, recognized for its quality and for being the first designation of origin in the country.
It is a special coffee with a natural process, grown at an altitude of about 950 meters, and selected to offer a cup profile that goes beyond conventional Brazilian coffee, with more complexity in both aroma and flavor.
The Cerrado Mineiro stands out for its temperate climate and fertile soils, and for a more sustainable production approach that focuses on the responsible use of natural resources.
This coffee is ideal if you are looking for a richer and more nuanced experience, with soft and sweet notes typical of Brazilian coffees within the specialty spectrum, and with a balanced character that fits at different times of the day.
To maintain its qualities to the maximum, it is advisable to minimize contact with air: open the bag only at the closure, avoid opening it excessively and return close it tightly after each use.
Keep only the amount needed for a couple of days and, if you have to grind it, do it just before preparing it, since once ground, oxidation accelerates and the coffee loses its organoleptic properties much faster.
