IRIS's organic durum wheat semolina spaghetti is a vegan pasta made with selected grains, from their own harvest, with the aim of offering a product with high nutritional value and very good resistance to cooking.
Its production follows the traditional method with bronze extrusion, which results in a rougher and more porous pasta, ideal for the sauce to adhere better and enhance the flavor in each bite.
This texture makes them perfect for classic tomato sauces, pestos, creamy sauces, vegetable ragùs or dishes with sautéed vegetables, and also for simple recipes where you want the sauce to "embrace" the spaghetti well.
How to use: to prepare 500 g of pasta, boil about 5 liters of salted water. Pour in the pasta and cook for the indicated time, stirring occasionally. Drain, season to taste and serve.
