Kensho Organic Tamari (250 ml), a **100% soy** soy sauce made by hand in Spain and packaged in glass.
Unlike shoyu (which contains wheat), tamari is made only with soy fermented with **Aspergillus sojae**, following a traditional method of natural fermentation, without chemical hydrolysis.
Without additives or added sugars, and without GMOs or monosodium glutamate, it is ideal for sushi, soups, rice, rolls, dressing salads and enhancing the taste of vegetables and fish without masking it.
