Integral Wheat Spirals IRIS organic whole wheat fusilli or spirals are produced with a mixture of grains carefully selected by them from their own harvest, to guarantee a product with high nutritional value and with optimal resistance to cooking. All its preparation fully responds to the traditional method, with bronze drawing, to obtain a pleasantly rougher and more porous paste, ideal for absorbing and enhancing sauces. How to use: To prepare 500 g of pasta, boil about 5 liters of water with salt. Pour the pasta and cook for the specified cooking time, stirring occasionally, cook for the indicated cooking time, drain, season to taste and serve.
